I got this for someone struggling and they said that it worked well for them
I'm honestly not completely sure if this helped because you just can't always tell how long a cold sore was going to last anyway. So the one I got to use with this was gone in a couple of days.
Have not used these supplements yet (it isn't that time of year!) However as a DIY herbal therapist I am impressed with the ingredient listing for treatment of those unsightly blisters! This supplement ingredient list states it has the following: vit B5, vit B6, Selenium, Magnesium and a blend of cranberry, Juniper, Inositol, and terminallia billerica extracts. This supplement is made in the USA and is listed as 3rd party tested.
Great to keep on hand for when you need it. Itโs easy to take and seems to have good ingredients. Does not taste or smell icky.
These pills are slightly big, but they are still easy to take. The dosage is a little bit high so I had trouble staying consistent taking them three times a day. Most of the time I would remember twice a day, but I still benefited from them. No adverse effects or stomach problems.
