Most Americans are deficient in vitamin C which causes lethargy. This is a good choice because it has no taste andgoes down easy
The product itself appears to be well made, with the soft gel capsules having uniform appearance, small size, and are easy to swallow. All this being said, I added this to my daily regimen of supplements and hope the health benefits are realized upon my next checkup and daily routine.
because these softgels are so small. I don't worry about water to wash them down. I like that they are made in the US, that's something I always look for. Since there is little sun in winter to get my Vit. D3, I'm very pleased with how I feel and a six month supply should keep me feeling good every day.
