These are great supplements to take to boost your immune system and get your daily vitamins in. They are small, dark, gel capsules that are easy to swallow. I’ve been taking these for about ten days now. I’ve been insatiated with sick grandkids, in-laws, and outlaws during the holidays. It seems like every day someone isn’t feeling good in my house. Since taking these, I haven’t felt more than a little run down which could be from just having a house full of chaos everyday. 😂I like the added turmeric, maca, elderberry and oregano oil. As well as the vitamins. I’ve been taking two a day. No after taste and packaging arrived sealed.

With all of the bugs going around at the moment, I thought I'd try these immunoshield pills. It's difficult to gauge the efficacy of pills, outside of a few factors. One is side effects - of which I have had none, so that's been great. The other is to see if my body flushes any of it out in the restroom, which also is not a concern. Most/all of the of the medicine was not flushed out so I consider that a win. Otherwise, I've not been sick since starting to take this but no one will know whether it's due to my immunity boosted or just happenstance.

Easy to swallow pills, conveniently have most supplements needed all in one dose. Highly recommend.
