Recommended Use:

This is an Gold Medal Award winning supplement in 2007 in alternative medicine at the 23rd INPEX Fair in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. So glad to be using this powerful calcium and magnesium supplement that dissolves easily in water and doesn't have an aftertaste. One serving stick contains 184mg of elemental calcium and 91mg elemental calcium. It doesn't seem that much, but considering the high absorption rate, this makes all the difference. This is 100% ionized when dissolved in water. There are no other ingredients except apple cider vinegar. No preservatives, additives, and it is made in the USA.
I added this to my 2nd cup of coffee each day, because that's the one I tend to sip slowly over a longer period of time. It does dissolve easily in the hot liquid, and does not seem to change the flavor/taste of my coffee at all (even though it does have an odd/off scent in the package).It's impossible to say without testing, whether or not this is actually helping my calcium numbers.Unfortunately because of the super high cost, I can't see this being something I would be able to take on a regular long-term basis.

The powder is very fine particles.Apple cider vinegar taste is so strong for me somehow.It is very difficult to drink. The powder stirs in easily in slightly warm water.Although it has a tart / sour smell in the packet - it doesn't have any flavor after mixed.(I use only 8 oz water)It's suggested to mix in approx. 17 oz warm water and sip during the day.If consumed over time it needs shaken because of fairly quickly settling.One caution = notice this is only 14% DV of calcium / 22% DV mag.Some years ago our family used a lot of Eniva health supplementswhich is were I first got somewhat familiar with ionized minerals and havealways believed them to be a higher / more beneficial supplement.So I'm looking forward to Dr. G's ionized cal / mag aiding in my calcium levelalong with other calcium intake.It will take some time to tell it's effectiveness but I have confidenceit is a good product
smells salty but doesnt taste like it. travels friendly. easily dissolves in various liquids. my husbands puts it into his workout drink for better joint support on days he does heavy lifting.
