Although it is most commonly known for detoxing the liver, it also has a wide range of other health benefits, including its ability to protect the body from the side effects of pharmaceuticals. Additionally, the Nanowell Hovenia-RX Milk Thistle delivers copious amounts of vitamins B1, thiamin, that supplements proper nerve and muscle function, and B2, riboflavin, essential for metabolism and energy production. It seems, in my opinion, a well-considered blending of constituents.

These tablets were easy for me to swallow but not if you want to take more than one at a time. It was also properly labeled and not expiring soon.

These pills are pretty large, so make sure you can take large pills if you want to order them. They have a somewhat odd but mild taste. Haven't noticed any benefits or side effects since taking them

This should be in just about everyone’s arsenal of supplements! Theres so many benefits to taking milk thistle. After researching the benefits years ago, this has been a staple of mine.
