I ordered this supplement based on its ingredients (primarily Gingko Biloba) and the fact it is made in the US. I overlooked a shell ingredient in the form of pig gelatin. I would have preferred 100% plant based. Please take note before purchasing.The recommended dosage is two. The price tag of 75 bucks is a bit steep for a month’s supply. Here’s to hoping these softgels do what is advertised.

This is a great brain health supplement.It's a combination of several popular supplements:Astaxanthin (12mg per serving)Ginkgo (150mg per serving)Phosphatidylserine (50mg per serving)A blend of ashwagandha, curcumin and sage leaf extract.The astaxanthin, gingko, and proprietary blend are the key ingredients in my opinion. The 12mg dosage of astaxanthin is a good, high dose, and plenty to get the benefits of astaxanthin. I'm not a big fan of proprietary blends, but this one has a good formulation, though the dosage seems a bit low.Overall - good formulation, basically astaxanthin + ginkgo + rosmarinic acid/curcumin/ashwagandha. I already take these supplements separately, but it's very nice to see a good formulation such as this in an all-in-1 supplement.

I think it will be a daily, weekly, and maybe monthly usage with this product before deciding if it actually enhances memory and cognitive abilities while using. I say this because every day is different. Some days are harder than others and some days you get better sleep than you did the day before. There are a lot of outliers when you’re trying to decide if this is the product that can help you work smarter not harder. With this being said, I did feel that on the days that I had taken the supplement my work was easier and I was able to think clearly and get my work done without struggling with being distracted or sidetracked. I felt that my ability to concentrate was a little stronger than normal, and that I was able to think through mathematical type issues very clearly.So the question is, was it the supplement that helped or was I just able to have more stress-free days and was my mind more clear on those days? I’m willing to keep trying this supplement, as there are no negative effects that I felt only positive and I would like to attribute it to the usage of the supplement.These pills are in a box, and each pill is encased in a blister pack. These pills are large, but easy to swallow because they are a little slippery.

The pills are a bit hard to swallow. These feel like they have a grippy texture when taking them. There is no smell, taste or after taste after taking them. Make sure to read the ingredients listed in case you have any allergies as there is a few that seem odd and I have never heard of them. I have not had any reaction while taking the product though.

The pill has assisted my focus, and it has been easy to take.
